Planning and Commercial Development Division
Responsible for strategic business planning, operational planning, strategic partnerships for commercial development, shopping mall and advertising leasing management, branding and integrated marketing, and visual communication.
Management Division
In charge of personnel management, training, financial management, accounting, procurement, information systems, public relations, legal affairs, and general administrative operations.
Operations Division
Responsible for the operation and management of the Maokong Gondola, Taipei Arena, and Taipei Children’s Amusement Park, including the formulation and revision of relevant regulations and procedures.
Maintenance Division
In charge of maintenance and technical development of facilities and equipment at the Maokong Gondola, Taipei Arena, and Taipei Children’s Amusement Park, as well as the formulation and revision of related regulations and procedures.
Occupational Safety and Health Office
Responsible for overall operational safety, quality management, risk management, and planning of occupational safety and health measures.
